'housing on the tube' telethon
We are very proud to have been a part of the 2009 Island Affordable Housing Fund's 'Housing On The Tube' telethon! The Island Affordable Housing Fund helps fund affordable year-round housing for residents of Martha's Vineyard. Thanks to those who donated and/or volunteered their time, this year's telethon raised over $650,000 to put towards that effort. thanks new england home magazine!
We appreciate New England Home Magazine featuring our many shades of green™ line in the "Trade Secrets" section of their July/August issue!
Designer now furniture manufacturer Liz Stiving-Nichols couldn't find much furniture with zero-VOC paint, so she embarked on making her own line of furniture using non-toxic, non-off-gassing paint. Her line, called Many Shades of Green includes beach house and cottage colors such as Menemsha Sunset, an extreme orange; Gingerbread Blue, a shade deeper than sky or robin's egg, named for the gingerbread homes in Oak Bluffs; Wampum, a unique dusty purple "like the inside of a quahog shell"; Firefly, a fiery chartreuse; and Chowda, an off white.
